The Terms of Sale are part Reflections AMD Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service. When you book online or via phone with Reflections AMD, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Reflections AMD accepts cash, debit and, Credit Card. Any Card Declined will lead Reflections AMD to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. Reflections AMD will start a collection process 48 hours after getting the customer’s Credit Card refused. The customer is responsible for any reasonable debt collection if they fail to pay after the service is provided.

LATE CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 48 hours before the due date. However, inside of the 48 hour period, a fee of 20% of the job price is charged to compensate our technician. This rule applies for any car detail, paint correction or ceramic coating job.

SATISFACTION POLICY

If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone (405-938-0914), email ([email protected]), or text message (405-938-0914). Pictures of the area must be texted or emailed within 24 hours of the claim being made.

APPOINTMENT TIME

Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, our technician might arrive late. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. Reflections AMD shall do its best to let you know about any delay of delivery.

TERMS OF SMS MESSAGING

When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include offers, coupons, or other information .You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we may send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
